In a sensational NBA matchup, the Los Angeles Lakers clinched a hard-fought victory against the Milwaukee Bucks, with Austin Reaves delivering a stellar performance that included a triple-double and a game-changing 3-pointer in the second overtime.

Despite falling down by 19 points in the fourth quarter and never taking the lead in regulation, Reaves finished with 29 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists in 47 minutes as the Lakers won their fourth straight game to start a six-game trip.

With 37.8 seconds remaining in the second overtime, Austin Reaves shot a game-winning 3-pointer and recorded a triple-double to help the Los Angeles Lakers overcome LeBron James’ absence and defeat the Milwaukee Bucks 128-124 on Tuesday night.

Despite falling down by 19 points in the fourth quarter and never taking the lead in regulation, Reaves finished with 29 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists in 47 minutes as the Lakers won their fourth straight game to start a six-game trip. In 52 minutes of play, Anthony Davis scored 34 points and pulled down 23 rebounds.

Giannis Antetokounmpo of Milwaukee also recorded a triple-double, topping his points total with 29, rebounds (a season best), and assists (11). For the Bucks, Malik Beasley contributed 21 points and Damian Lillard scored 27.

Warriors 113, Heat 92

With 18 more points from Jonathan Kuminga and 28 points from Klay Thompson, Golden State overcame Miami, who was still without players, in the second half.

Golden State, up two points at the half and up to 22 points in the fourth quarter, was paced by both Andrew Wiggins and Stephen Curry, who each scored 17 points.

Miami, who was without its top scorer Jimmy Butler due to illness, was led by Bam Adebayo’s 24 points. The Heat were also without Duncan Robinson (back) for the fourth straight game, Tyler Herro (foot) for the sixteenth straight game, and Kevin Love (heel) for the fourteenth straight game.

Thunder 119, Pelicans 112

With 26 points from Jalen Williams, Oklahoma City overcame New Orleans with a 12-0 run in the last 2:31 minutes to win 119–112.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander contributed 24 points, including a game-winning three with 1:29 remaining, to Josh Giddey’s 25 points.

With Zion Williamson scoring 29 points and dishing out 10 assists and CJ McCollum scoring 23 points, the Pelicans fell behind 88-68 but rallied both themselves and the home crowd with a 20-2 run.

Mavericks 132, Kings 96

With 26 of his 28 points coming in the first half, Luka Doncic helped Dallas defeat the Sacramento Kings for the fifth time in a row.

The Mavericks moved up to sixth place in the Western Conference, one game ahead of the Kings, as both clubs attempted to escape the play-in tournament. Doncic added 11 rebounds, six assists, and three steals.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 22 points off the bench, and Kyrie Irving finished with 24 points and eight assists.

With 18 points, De’Aaron Fox led the Kings, although he was only able to shoot 6 of 18 times. Keegan Murray contributed 17.

Domantas Sabonis tied Jerry Lucas for the longest double-double streak in franchise history with his 55th consecutive double-double, which included 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 9 assists.
