Premier League: Cunha scores a hat-trick as Wolves defeat Chelsea 4-2

Cole Palmer gave Chelsea, who had lost 4-1 against Liverpool during the week, the lead in the 20th minute. However, Joao Gomes found Brazilian colleague Cunha two minutes later, and Cunha’s effort greatly deflected off Chelsea defender Thiago Silva.

Just before halftime, Wolves scored their second goal, which was attributed to an own goal after Axel Disasi caught Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic off guard.
Pedro had made it 2-1 halfway through the second half when Cunha scored. After being hauled down by defender Malo Gusto, Neto scored his third goal from the spot in the 82nd minute to catch Chelsea off guard.

With four minutes remaining in normal time, Brazilian Silva scored a consoling header, but many home fans had already left the stadium.

Callum Hudson-Odoi’s incredible goal gave Nottingham Forest, who are currently suffering, a much-needed point in Sunday’s 1-1 Premier League draw at Bournemouth.

After a well-executed Forest free-kick routine in first-half stoppage time, former Chelsea striker Hudson-Odoi scored with a looping shot from outside the area to tie the score after his side had fallen down to an early Bournemouth goal.

Following a clever move by Luis Sinisterra, Justin Kluivert scored a goal from close range to give Bournemouth the lead in the fifth minute following a Lloyd Kelly corner.

In the 84th minute of an intense second half, Philip Billing, the substitute, was shown straight red for a terrible foul on Hudson-Odoi, reducing Bournemouth to 10 men. Despite this, Forest was unable to capitalize on its numerical advantage.

With 21 points, Forest moved up to 16th place in the rankings, over Luton Town, while Bournemouth surpassed Fulham to take 12th place.
