T20 World Cup 2007 Winner- INDIA
India created history in 2007 when they won the inaugural T20 World Cup under the captaincy of MS Dhoni. In the end, they defeated Pakistan, and Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi was named Player of the Series. During its trip, India only suffered one defeat in the Super 8s event, against New Zealand.

Pakistan salvaged a victory in the 2009 T20 World Cup, having finished second in the previous one. In the final, which was hosted by England, Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka to win. Sri Lanka’s Tillakaratne Dilshan emerged as both the series’ most valuable player and highest run scorer.

As the first non-Asian side to win the T20 World Cup in 2010, England created history. In the final match, they triumphed over Australia, and Kevin Pietersen was named Player of the Series in recognition of his exceptional play.
